Setting up a profile for your staff involves providing various details such as skills, specializations, education and certifications, and performance reviews.
Managing Skills for a Profile
Open a profile view and use the Skills related list to add or remove a skill from your profile. You can choose an existing skill from a set of skills available within your organization or create a new skill to be added to the profile.
To add more skills within your organization, navigate to the Skills tab from the app launcher.
Managing Specializations for a Profile
You can open a profile view and use the Specializations related list to add or remove a specialization from your profile. You can choose an existing specialization from a set of specializations available within your organization or create a new one to add to the profile.

Managing Education & Certifications for a Profile
Open a profile view and use the Education & Certifications related list to add or remove details regarding the education and certifications associated with the profile.
Managing Performance Reviews for a Profile
Open a profile view and use the Performance Reviews related list to manage the performance reviews given for different matters for the profile.
The complete profile, with related skills, specializations, education & certificates, and performance reviews, can be easily added to a contact, timekeeper, or participant view using the Profile View⚡component provided by AdvoLogix.
