Generate an AdvoDoc Budget Document

AdvoLogix provides a default AdvoDoc Template for generating a PDF document for any Budget.

Ability to generate an AdvoDoc from Budgets is available from AdvoLogix Matter Management v1.148.x onward.

Generating an AdvoDoc from Budget

To generate an AdvoDoc from the Budget record:

  1. Open any Budget record view.
  2. Find an action button from the highlight panel called Create Document and click it.
  3. The user should be navigated to a screen to select an AdvoDoc Template here.
  4. Users can preview or output an AdvoDoc from this screen for a desired AdvoDoc Template.

AdvoLogix ships with a default template for Budgets named AdvoLogix Budget PDF Document. Users can edit or clone the provided template to include information according to their needs. For more details on managing AdvoDoc Templates, follow this link.
