The Matter Search component allows users to search all information related to a particular Matter, within the context of the Matter. Options allow the user to 'fine-tune' the results by searching specifically designated related information.
How can I search related Matter data?
To use Matter Search, follow these steps:
- Click on Search icon
- Enter text to search
- Press Enter
Search Results
The search results will be shown in unique sections for each related object. Relevant search results will be shown and users can quickly open a record by clicking on the link in these results.
Selecting Search Options
Using the Search Options, users may interactively select the record types searched. This selection is saved and will be used for future Matter searches.
- Click Options to open.
- Select the checkboxes and apply Save & Search.
