Setting up Einstein Next Best Actions in your Matter Management app is simple and can be completed in a few steps:
1. Open and Edit the Lightning Record Page for the Matter Object
- Go to Salesforce Setup | Object Manager.
- From the Quick Find, search and select Matter.
- From the view that opened, select Lightning Record Pages from the sidebar, and click Edit on the record page you would like to add the Einstein Next Best Actions component to.
2. Deploy the Einstein Next Best Action Component
Drag and drop the Einstein Next Best Action standard component from the sidebar onto the canvas where you want the recommendations to appear.
3. Customize To Display Recommendations
In the Einstein Next Best Actions component properties panel:
- Provide the Title of your choosing, for example: Your Recommendations.
- [optional] Check or uncheck the Hide Einstein Header property.
- Set the Strategy Source to Flow Builder.
- Set the Action Strategy to use the provided flow: "NBA: Recommendations".
- Set the Maximum Recommendations Displayed to your choosing.
- [optional] Check or uncheck the Hide Empty Component property.
- Set the Launch Recommendation Action In to Dialog Window.
- Check the Show Title property.
- Uncheck the Show Image property.
- Check the Show Description property.
- Check the Show Reject Option property.
- Check the Launch Flow on Rejection property.
If the Launch Flow on Rejection property is set as unchecked, then CaseCloud will not be able to track recommendations that users ignore.
4. Save and Activate the Page
Click Save and Activate the Lightning record page if needed, so that it is applied to your desired app, profile, or org default.
