Access to AdvoLogix (for licensed users in your system) will need to be assigned to each user, if not already assigned.
Step 1 - Navigate to Installed Packages
Step 2 - Review the Package Details
- This shows how many licenses you have in total and how many licenses are currently assigned to a user.
TIP: This is where a system admin can verify if a license is available to be assigned. - Here is a list of all users assigned to this package.
TIP: Deactivating a user does not remove the user from the package. They must be removed from the package manually before another user can be assigned. - Pick a letter to narrow down the search for the user.
- Click on this button to add users to the package.
Step 3 - Do you need to add or remove a user from a managed package?

- Choose a view from the drop-down list or select Create New View.
- Choose a letter to filter the users with or select All to display all users who match the criteria of the current view.
- Select one or more users by clicking on their checkboxes.
- To select all users for the current view, select Add All Users and click Ok.
- If you do not see all of the users, click on the more link.
- The selected users will be deposited into the Selected Users section.
- Once you have chosen the desired users, select Add.

- Choose a view from the drop-down list or select Create New View.
- Choose a letter to filter the users with or select All to display all users who match the criteria of the current view.
- Select one or more users by clicking on their checkboxes.
- To select all users for the current view, select Remove All Users and click Ok.
- If you do not see all of the users, click on the more link.
- The selected users will be deposited into the Selected for Removal section.
- Once you have chosen the desired users, select Remove.
