Delegated Administration

Updated on

Use delegated administration to assign limited administrative privileges to Users in your organization who are not System Administrators.  Delegated Administration can be assigned to one User in particular or to a group.

Delegated Administrators are often implemented to assist the System Administrator(s) in managing your company's organization. For example, let's say you want the Sales Team Director to manage Users in the Sales Manager role and all subordinate Sales roles.  This allows the System Administrator(s) to focus on other tasks. There are many other ways the Delegated Administration can be utilized, visit the links below to find out more.
