Question
How do I add an image to an AdvoDoc template?
Resolution
Go to the upper right corner of your screen and click on your profile (1).

From the dropdown menu, click on the Switch to Salesforce Classic (2) link. In your navigation bar, click on the plus sign (+), which is the All Tabs (A).

Scroll down and click on Documents (B).

Click on the "New" Button.

Type the name of your new document/image in the "Document Name" Field.
Click the Tab Button twice so the "Document Unique Name" Field is automatically completed.
Check the "Externally Available Image" Field.
The "Folder" Field will default to "My Personal Documents". If you want to share the image with others, click the Dropdown Arrow and select "Shared Documents".
Click the "Choose File" Button to upload your image and select your image from your hard drive.
Click the "Save" Button. You should see your image at the bottom of the document detail.
Switch back to Lightning Experience. Go to the AppLauncher and search for AdvoDoc Templates and select it from the search options. Go to the template record you want to add the image to and select the Design Template button.
You want to update and click on the "Image" icon. Click the "Browse Server" Button in the pop-up window.

Click the Down Arrow on the "Documents" Field and select the folder where you saved the image (e.g., "Personal Documents" or "Shared Documents"). You can also scroll down to look for your document from the "All Documents" view, but you will have to find it and click on the hyperlink. The "Search" Field does not work here. Click on the Hyperlink for your image.

You will see the URL for your image in the "URL*" Field. Click on the "OK" Button at the bottom of the pop-up window to add the image to your AdvoDoc template.
