AdvoLogix Matter Management Release (version number 1.148.x)
AdvoLogix has adopted a continuous development model where releases are made available in a monthly cycle. Each release may include new features, bug fixes, and/or minor improvements. The releases are not automatically pushed to your organizations but can be updated from the AdvoLogix Setup tab within our application. Improved Enhanced Listsā”User Experience
Search Within Enhanced Lists is Now Based on Salesforce Global Search
AdvoLogix has improved the user experience for the Enhanced Lists Lightning component. Users can search for text that returns relevant results based on user-entered English and acknowledges spelling mistakes, similar to how Salesforce Global Search functions. For more details, follow this link.
Budget Improvements
AdvoLogix has improved the budget layout by including key metrics such as child budgets and child budget roll-up information, as well as visualization metrics as a chart on the budget record view.

Introducing a fresh take on your ability to create and manage budgets easily. You can now add, update, and remove budget details in batch mode with the ability to populate rates assigned to timekeepers or roles for the matters. For more details, follow this link.

AdvoLogix now ships with a pre-configured AdvoDoc Template to output a Budget as a PDF. For more details, follow this link.
New Fields Added to the Matter Management Package
These fields must be manually added to the objects' respective page layouts.
AdvoLogix has added the following new fields:
- Matter object
- Days to Prepare (advpm__Matter_Preparation__c)
- Time object
- Time Entry Lag (advpm__Time_Entry_Lag__c)
- Task object
- Task Efficiency Score (advpm__Task_Efficiency_Score__c)
- Skills and Specializations object
- Year (advpm__Year_Text__c)
Some Fields Deprecated From the Matter Management Package
These fields should be removed from the respective page layouts of the objects.
AdvoLogix has marked the following fields as deprecated and will not be used by our app going forward:
- Matter object
- Expected Revenue (advpm__Expected_Revenue_Value__c)
- Skills and Specializations object
- Year (advpm__Year__c)

- Resolved an issue with the Mass Edit/Update action buttons for accounts where users were unable to edit person accounts due to an error.
- Resolved an issue with the Matter Calendarā”component where users were unable to click the Today button to get to the current day within the Day View mode on mobile devices.
Resolved an issue with the Matter Calendarā”component where the red line was not displaying at the correct hour on mobile devices.
Resolved an issue with the Matter Calendarā”component where the red line indicating the current time was displayed on all days instead of the current day on mobile devices.
