Activity Plans Extend to Any Object in Your Organization
AdvoLogix has extended Activity Plans to other objects within your organization. Users can now set up and create Activity Plans that may apply to objects other than an Account, Contact, or Matter. For more details, follow this link.
Ability to Update Billing Without Affecting Source Record
AdvoLogix has added a new function to allow users to update billings without affecting the source time, expense, or matter fee arrangement record. For more details, follow this link.
Introducing New Capped Fee Arrangement
AdvoLogix now includes a 'Capped Fee' arrangement, enabling you to set a maximum fee limit for a matter. This ensures cost predictability while retaining flexibility for billable hours. For more details, follow this link.
New Components Added to the Matter Management Package

These fields must be manually added to the objects' respective page layouts.
AdvoLogix has added the following new fields:
- Fee Arrangement object (For all Record Types)
- Type (advpm__Type__c)
- Matter Fee Arrangement object (For all Record Types)
- Type (advpm__Type__c)
- Billing object
- Do Not Update Source Record (Do_Not_Update_Source_Record__c)
New Record Types
These record types and respective page layouts must be manually assigned to your user profiles.
AdvoLogix has added the following new record types:
- Fee Arrangement object
- Capped Fee record type assigned to Fee Arrangement Layout-Capped Fee page layout
- Matter Fee Arrangement object

- Resolved an issue with the Related Files⚡component where Publish Files throws an error when a custom checkbox field is added to the published form.
- Resolved an issue with the Related Files⚡component where columns were not displayed in the order they were listed in the Lightning app builder component properties.
- Resolved an issue with the Related Files⚡component where the user was unable to use the document search function.
- Resolved an issue with Fee Arrangements-based computation where they incorrectly applied unit caps from configured features in some rare use cases.
