AdvoLogix Matter Management Release (version 1.143.x)
AdvoLogix has adopted a continuous development model where releases are made available in a monthly cycle. Each release may include new features, bug fixes, and/or minor improvements as well. The releases are not automatically pushed to your organizations but can be updated from the AdvoLogix Setup tab within our application. Introducing Improved UTBMS Code System
The UTBMS Codes have been reconstructed. The new architecture allows administrators to set up default code sets for matters much easier. For more details, follow this link.
New UTBMS Migration Assistant Tool
For users upgrading to the newest release, an easy-to-use UTBMS migration assistant is made available for simpler tracking of how to move existing data to use the new UTBMS coding system. For more details, follow this link.
Recommended update to your page layouts:
- For matters, add the Matter UTBMS Code Sets related list on all relevant matter page layouts.
- For UTBMS Code Sets, add the Matter UTBMS Code Sets and UTBMS Code Set Members related lists on the relevant page layout.
- For UTBMS Codes, add the UTBMS Code Set Members related list on the relevant page layout.
New UTBMS Code Support for Billings and Splits
AdvoLogix has added support for using the UTBMS Codes to track billings and splits.
Ability to export unbilled accruals from Billing Preview⚡ component
AdvoLogix now ships with a standard custom action, automatically visible within the Create Billings action menu, that allows users to generate and export an unbilled accruals file for the time period selected by the user.
Update Intake Form URL API
AdvoLogix now supports new parameter to allow users to customize the user experience when intake form submission is done. Users can now provide a destination page where user is redirected when intake form has been submitted, instead of redirecting to the nwly created record's detail view.
