AdvoLogix Matter Management Major Release (version number 1.123.x-124.x)

AdvoLogix has adopted a continuous development model where releases are made available in a monthly cycle. Each release may include new features, bug fixes, and minor improvements as well. The releases are not automatically pushed to your organizations but can be updated from the AdvoLogix Setup tab within our application. AdvoLogix is Rebranded in 2022!

Happy New Year! AdvoLogix has a fresh new look with brand new logo and website for 2022.  For this year's first update, AdvoLogix Matter Management now includes a lightning app and standard lightning home and record pages.

ALEx is Now Integrated into Matter Management

The ALEx (AdvoLogix Lightning Experience) supplement package is now integrated within AdvoLogix Matter Management. No need to separately install the supplement package anymore. For more information follow this article.

Matter Calendar Enhancements

The Matter Calendar lightning component has been enhanced with advanced filtering capabilities. Apart from the capability to visualize your matter centric activities, you can now visualize activities not associated with matters, view/hide activities for certain users, apply activity or matter specific saved list filters and more. Google Drive Connector Enhancements

The Google Drive connector must be activated for your organization by contacting [email protected].

Download Google Drive Documents

The Google Drive connector now supports downloading documents from within Salesforce. Native Google Drive documents can be exported to many different file formats, and non-native documents can be downloaded as-is from Google Drive. For more details follow this article.

Upload New Versions to Google Drive Documents

The Google Drive connector now supports uploading of new versions for non-native documents from within Salesforce. For more details follow this article.

Bug Fixes

Version 1.124.0

  • Resolved an issue where some users were not able to upgrade the application due to an error occurring during the package installation. 

Version 1.123.0

  • Resolved a rare issue where some users were unable to access the Relationship Map setup interface and were greeted with an error message.
  • Resolved an issue with Google Drive connector not presenting proper messaging for a folder deleted from Google Drive.
  • Resolved an issue with Timesheet not able to save time entries due to an error.
