🚀Introducing Matter Easy Add Flow
We’ve introduced the Matter Easy Add Flow, a streamlined, guided wizard built with Salesforce Screen Flow technology. This feature helps users quickly create new Matters by walking them through all essential steps — from entering basic details and adding related participants to applying budgets, rates, activity plans, conflict checks, and fee arrangements.
By standardizing the Matter setup process, this flow reduces errors, saves time, and ensures compliance with your firm’s procedures. Optional sections can be included or skipped, giving your team flexibility while maintaining consistency. For more details, follow this link.
🆕 Background Processing for Matter Time Rollups
We have introduced a new setting that enables background processing for Matter time rollups (e.g., total time or total amount).
Why this matters:
In organizations where Matters can accumulate more than 50,000 related Time entries, real-time rollup calculations can impact performance during data entry or updates, or even cause system errors. With background processing enabled, these calculations will run asynchronously, improving the user experience and scalability of your system. Follow this link for more details.
