Summary
Users may wonder why the Activities tab they have used for years no longer works. CaseCloud no longer supports our Activities tab because the Salesforce platform has developed better tools and functionality.
Question
Why is the Activities tab no longer working as expected?
Resolution/Workaround
Salesforce does not provide a standard list for Activities, so we overcame this limitation (many years ago) by creating an extremely simple workaround, the Activities tab, which is commonly used in the community. Since our product development team strives to remain consistent with Salesforce standards and behaviors for a seamless user experience, we will not make the Activities tab a Lightning component or continue supporting it. This means that if you continue using the Activities tab in Lightning Experience, the behavior may be... odd at times. Such as excessive white space between columns, word wrap not working, or excessive white space at the bottom. Or it may stop working altogether.

- Salesforce: Tasks Tab
- Salesforce: Events and Calendars
- CaseCloud: Matter Calendar
