The customer has been creating repeating events using the 'Repeat' checkbox field to create a recurring series, but these events are not appearing on the Matter Calendar.

Why are my recurring events not showing on the Matter Calendar?

Recurring events are not supported on the Matter Calendar yet. The reason is that the platform does not allow recurring activities to be updated via code (which is how we update the Matter Calendar). We have this on the roadmap, but as there is much to consider, we have not been able to move forward with the functionality.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround for this issue.
