Summary
When upgrading or installing AdvoLogix Matter Management into a sandbox, the deliverability setting must be set to 'All email'.
Question
Why am I unable to upgrade or install Matter Management into a sandbox? I receive the following error in an email notification:
"Your request to install package "AdvoLogix Matter Management x.xxx" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected. If your install continues to fail, contact Salesforce CRM Support through your normal channels and provide the following information.
Organization: Acme Law Firm (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
User: Andy Attorney (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Package: AdvoLogix Matter Management (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Error Number: xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx (- xxxxxxxxx)
Problem:
1. (Matter__c.Email_Matter) You can’t change this field because OutgoingEmail has a master-detail relationship with Matter. Matter__c.Email_Matter: You can’t change this field because OutgoingEmail has a master-detail relationship with Matter."
