Visualforce Pages Unable to Render Due to Blocked Domains (MM)

Whenever certain users clicked on certain AdvoLogix buttons in lightning, they would be redirected to the AdvoLogix/Salesforce home page.


Why are certain users unable to view the Visualforce page when selecting the Create Document and Matter Planner buttons on the matter record?


Troubleshooting revealed that the problem occurred whenever a Visualforce page was opened in lightning. The Create Document and Matter Planner buttons both attempt to open up a Visualforce page (through a piece of Javascript in a Visualforce page).  Salesforce uses a couple different URLs to display different content, and those URLs differ by Salesforce Org (My Domain).

Network admins opened up the ability to set cookies and open popup windows for the following two domain wildcards:
