What is the file upload limit when using the intake forms?

The file upload limits on the intake forms:

1. When the intake form is launched by an internal user: 2 GB
2. When the intake form is launched as a guest user (Force.com Sites), the standard Visualforce file upload limit is 10 MB, but the same limit in the Apex code is only 5 MB. Therefore, we can only support a 5 MB single file for the intake form on site pages.
