Add or Remove Users To/From the Matter Management Package

Access to Matter Management for licensed users in your system must be assigned to each user.

Navigate to Salesforce Setup by clicking on the gear icon.

  1. In the Quick Find, enter Installed.
  2. Click on Installed Packages in the side menu.
  3. Click on the Manage Licenses link to the left of the package name.

To add a user from the list, check the checkbox in the Action column (a) in the corresponding row.  If you do not see a user in the list, click the more link (b) until the user is visible.

Once the users have been selected, they will be listed in the Selected Users section.  Click Add to add the selected users to the package.

Removing Users From the Package

A single user can be removed from the package by clicking the Remove link (a), or multiple users can be removed by clicking on the Remove Multiple Users button (b).
