Installing the iManage Integration Package

The iManage integration installation link will be provided by your account manager. However, if you have not received the installation link, please contact AdvoLogix Support ([email protected]).

You will be provided with two installation links, one for your production organization and one for a sandbox.   The beginning of the links will look like this:

  • Production - https://login.salesforce.com/
  • Sandbox - https://test.salesforce.com/

Once you receive the links, copy/paste it into your browser's URL.  You will then be asked to log into the org your are installing the package into.

  1. Choose Install for Admins Only (Best practice when installing the integration.)
  2. Select Install

The installation process will begin.

After a couple of minutes, you will receive the message below.  This is completely normal for bigger packages.  Select Done.

Once the installation is complete, the user that initiated the install will receive an email notification like the one below.
