The following instructions will allow your organization to upgrade an existing installation of iManage. Please refer to the release notes prior to installing an upgrade. This process should be completed by your organization's administrator. For security purposes your administrator will be required to log in one or more times during this process.
Input iManage into the search and you can either:
- click on the iManage app and go to the iManage Setup tab or
- Click on the iManage Setup tab directly from the app launcher.
If an upgrade is available, you will see a window like the one indicated below.
Click on the Upgrade Now! button and you will be prompted to sign into Salesforce again.
If your org is using version 1.20 or earlier, you will need to contact [email protected] to upgrade to the latest version.
- Depending on the iManage security setup, you will choose one and the three options to install below.
- Click on the Upgrade button to continue with the installation.
