Status: Workaround implemented as of version 1.22.
iManage acknowledged this error as a known issue that they would not be resolving. We have adjusted our application to accommodate the known issue.
Description
There are multiple issues identified within the iManage API impacting the Featured Items component and are being tracked under the internal iManage cases below.
Internal iManage Cases
- NT-124766 - REST - Get global documents not treating library parameter correctly and causing bad request error.
- NT-126284 - REST API - Get global documents may fail with the message "No libraries specified".
- NT-127235 - REST API - Get folders may fail with the message "Specified database is not accessible to user".
