method to support the merging of duplicate lead, contact, case, or account records in the database. Salesforce supports merging up to three records at a time (treated as the master record), and deletes the other records. With our Merge Workspaces
method, your administrator can setup a background process to auto-link the iManage workspaces of those deleted records back to the master record. For more details on how to implement this functionality, follow this link.
Introducing Secured Logins Capability
Secured Logins capability within AdvoLogix provided components allows certain users of your organizations, with iManage access, to provide access as well as execute all available operations within the component using that user's access. Administrators can now enable users as secured logins which can power-up the lightning components authentication mechanism and allow higher level access to carry out certain tasks such as creation of workspaces or ability to access iManage content across your lightning community without requiring your portal users to explicitly login to iManage Work. For more details, follow this article.

AdvoLogix has enabled all their lightning components for usage within Digital Experiences (or lightning communities). Administrators can now share content from iManage Work directly to the Salesforce community users, which works well with the newly launched secured logins capability that allows access to iManage content without requiring community users to exclusively login to iManage Work.
Enhanced File Upload Capabilities
AdvoLogix has deployed and integrated its own Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform to provide higher file upload capabilities. Lookup To Parent Fields From Base Object In Workspace Manager Configuration Formats
AdvoLogix has enhanced the merge field capabilities such that your administrator can reference related parent fields directly within workspace configuration formatter fields. You can now reference an account's fields without having the need to create custom formula on base object for referencing them in the configuration. For example, within a case object's workspace configuration the related account's account number can be referenced as {{Account.AccountNumber}} or a case's account's owner name can be referenced as {{Account.Owner.Name}}, where account is the relationship name of the account lookup field on Case.
