The following summary of Lightning Components and Lightning Pages are unique to the AdvoLogix Lightning Experience and may be implemented in a variety of ways. Please see each item's dedicated articles (in this help guide) for more information.
Global Lightning Components
Although AdvoLogix provides an excellent ecosystem for managing your organization's conflict of interest requirements, the Conflict Check feature is designed to aid the process through a centralized and cohesive user experience and work space.
The Batch Conflict Check feature allows organizations to quickly execute up to 20 conflict checks simultaneously. This feature allows users to enter multiple search terms from within a single user experience.
The Batch Time Entry component allows users to enter several time entries from a single dialog quickly. This method works especially well when adding multiple records for the same timekeeper and/or the same matter.
The Billing Preview component provides the ability to preview with immediate perspective on time and expenses relative to each account, matter, and across the entire organization. The component has been designed to work in conjunction with accounting integrations, and organizations will find the functionality quite useful for reviewing time and expense metrics at the account and matter levels. This component can be placed on the home page, app page, and account or matter record pages.

The AdvoLogix Date Calculator allows users to quickly determine future (or past) dates and calculate the number of days between two dates. The AdvoLogix date calculation business rules incorporate business day functionality into the calculations.
The Enhanced List component allows users to display a list of records with the ability to add or edit records quickly within the list. It can be added to the home page or lightning page.
The Focus Matters lightning home page component allows your organization to display the logged-in users' Focus Matters on their home page.
The Focus Matters lightning application page allows users to work with their Focus Matters on a dedicated page while working on (and reviewing) the Matter's Timeline in context with the selected matter. This page can be added to your lightning application menu or selected at runtime from the application waffle.
When used in an organizational context, the Gantt can display events and tasks for multiple matters and users. Activities are selected for display based on filters and options found across the top of the display. This component can be accessed from the utility bar, the home page, or from within any object's record context. It is supported for all custom objects and most standard objects that have activities enabled.
Intake forms are created using the AdvoLogix Intake Form Designer. The designer provides a rich “what you see is what you get” (WYSIWYG) user experience for selecting and positioning data elements within the form. The designer also provides control over several aspects of the user experience during data entry.
The Intake Launcher component allows administrators the ability to quickly launch an intake form from their home page, utility bar, or lightning application page.
The Hold Acknowledgements component allows users to view and manage the recent legal hold acknowledgments activity within your matters. It can be placed on your organization's home page or utility bar.
The Pending Hold Acknowledgements component allows users to manage their personal pending legal hold acknowledgments quickly. This component can be placed on the home page or utility bar within your organization.
When used in an organizational context, the Matter Calendar can display events, tasks, time, and key dates for multiple matters and multiple users. Activities and key dates are selected for display based on filters and options found across the top of the display. This component can also be accessed from the Salesforce mobile app, the utility bar, and the home page.
The Matter Calendar can be launched from the additional tabs menu option. If you plan to use this option on an ongoing basis, you'll want to consider making it directly accessible. Consider adding the tab to your application menu.
The Multi Timer component can be accessed from the Salesforce mobile app, the Utility Bar, the Home Page, and the matter's Lightning Record Page. The component's built-in intelligence identifies when the timer is docked on the matter's lightning record page. In this case, the timer will automatically be assigned to the matter, and the list of timers displayed is only relevant to the Matter in context.
The AdvoLogix Status component allows administrators to dock a collapsible section to their home page or utility bar for quick access to AdvoLogix system information, product news, and the application guide.
Record Page Components

The Enhanced Form component allows you to put a set of fields on the layout to display data and edit the field values directly within the context of the record this component renders on. It is supported for all custom objects and most standard objects.
The Enhanced List component allows users to display a list of records and add or edit records quickly within the list. This component can be added to the home page or lightning page. It is supported for all custom objects and most standard objects.
The Manage Parties component allows users to easily manage parties determined as representatives or plaintiffs within their matter and perform management tasks relatively easily.
The Settlement Calculator component allows users to evaluate the settlement amount disbursed across all matter parties, considering expenses, tax withholdings, and estimated revenue generation for the Contingency Fee Arrangement associated with their matter.

The Kanban component provides a task management working environment for users who prefer to use a project management-style user experience for visualizing and updating tasks. The interface's drag-and-drop nature improves user productivity by allowing quick changes to task status and user assignments. It is supported for all custom objects and most standard objects that have activities enabled.
The Manage Billing Parties component allows users to manage various billing parties within your matters easily.
When used in a matter context, the Matter Calendar component can display events, tasks, time, and key dates for the underlying matter. In this use case, the component can be docked inside the matter page layout, confining its content to the current matter only.
The Matter Search component allows users to search all information related to a particular matter within the context of the matter. Options allow the user to fine-tune the results by searching specifically designated related information.
The Multi Timer component can be accessed from the Salesforce mobile app, the utility bar, the home page, and the matter's lightning record page. In this case, the timer will automatically be assigned to the matter, and the list of timers displayed is only relevant to the matter in context.
The Participation Map component is designed for a wide variety of use cases and provides participant access on any lightning page with a matter, account, contact or user lookup field.
The Pending Hold Acknowledgements component allows users to quickly manage their personal pending legal hold acknowledgments. The component can be placed on the home page or utility bar within your organization.
The Relationship Map component is designed for a wide variety of use cases and provides visual access to any relationships among various custom or standard objects on any Lightning page within the context of the current record. It is supported for all custom objects and most standard objects.
The Task Checklist component is dedicated to managing matter-related tasks. Tasks can be grouped in various ways with several filter options. The user experience also allows users to quickly edit tasks without opening additional forms.
The Matter Timeline component extends the existing Matter Timeline functionality and provides an enhanced user interface consistent with the lightning experience Activity Timeline. It can be docked on the matter page or a custom lightning page (as with Focus Matters).
