Use the Assignment Rules setup page to create and manage assignment rules within CaseCloud.
š§ Do you know where to find the Casecloud Setup tab? Go to the app launcher (waffle) and search for setup. Select CaseCloud Setup from the search results.
Configure Assignment Rules
- Open CaseCloud Setup.
- Under Matters, select Assignment Rules.
- Configure the available assignment rules.

| Create New | Create new assignment rules. |
| Edit Rules | Edit the assignment rule. |
