The Google Drive Connector integrates CaseCloud with Google Drive using OAuth 2.0 authentication. After configuration, users can access files stored in Google Drive directly from supported CaseCloud records without leaving the application.
The connector requires a Google Cloud project with OAuth credentials and a configured redirect URL.
Configure the Google Drive
- Open CaseCloud Setup.
- In the left navigation pane, scroll to Connected Apps.
- Select Google Drive.
- Click Edit. The page enters edit mode.
- Turn on Enable Google Drive Connector.
- In Client Id, enter the OAuth Client ID generated in Google Cloud.
- In Client Secret, enter the OAuth Client Secret generated in Google Cloud.
- Copy the value displayed in Redirect URL.
- Add the copied Redirect URL to the Google Cloud OAuth application's Authorized redirect URIs list.
- Click Save.
After saving the configuration:
- A Prerequisites met indicator appears on the configuration page.
- The status beside Google Drive in the navigation pane changes to Configured.
- The connector remains enabled.
- The Client ID and Client Secret are masked for security.
- The Redirect URL is displayed in read-only mode.
If the connector is not fully configured, the navigation pane displays Not configured.
