CaseCloud includes a Lightning community template that enables you to quickly and easily set up a digital experience for your legal service providers. Create a new digital experience within your organization and choose our feature-rich Legal Service Experience V2 template, which allows them to:
- Make Matter Budgets - with full support of activity and task codes
- Create an Invoice - with the ability to manually add an invoice or upload an e-billing file to generate the invoice.
- Using Artificial Intelligence for Invoice Review - Submit the invoices and instantly see the approval status of each line item with our artificial intelligence invoice engine.
The Legal Service Experience V2 template does not include a pre-customized Navigation menu.
To set up the new digital experience, the community administrator should manually configure the Navigation Menu using the Experience Builder. We recommend creating the menu using a standard set of navigation items such as Matters, Budgets, Invoices, Accruals, Documents, Calendar, and Performance Reviews, which align with the out-of-the-box features enabled by the template.
