Connector Error When Org is Using SharePoint Classic (Teams) Sites & Libraries (SP)

Summary

The AdvoLogix team has identified a known limitation within our SharePoint Connector components. If your organization is using SharePoint classic (teams) sites along with libraries, then we have noted that the connector is unable to process certain attributes (like the ability to browse folders within a SharePoint classic site).

Question

Why am I unable to browse folders within the connector?

Resolution

This is a SharePoint known issue and does not have a resolution.

Workaround

Migrate to Lightning Experience.
