The CalendarRules integration global settings are available under the Integrations heading within AdvoLogix Setup. These settings allow organizations to establish their CalendarRules identity, import Court Entities and customize global settings for use when creating dockets.
The CalendarRules global settings are only available to System Administrators.
1. CalendarRules Account
API Login Token: This value will be provided to your organization during your CalendarRules account provisioning. When establishing your account with CalendarRules, please make sure they know your organization is integrating with AdvoLogix.
Environment: This setting will normally be Production, unless otherwise instructed.
- Test Connection: Click the Test Connection button to validate your API Login Token.
2. Import Court Entities
Use the Import button to import the list of subscribed Courts into the AdvoLogix Court Entity database. If your organization subsequently subscribes to additional courts, the import will need to be executed again.
3. Docket Activity Options
Default New Activities As: Choose between Task, Event, or All Day Event.
Include Rule Text in Activity Comment: When enabled will include the court rule text within the Activity Comments.
Include Date Rule in Activity Comment: When enabled will include the date rule within the Activity Comments.
Default Event Duration: Provides the ability to set the default duration for new Events.
