How do I provide AdvoLogix limited login for my user?
In order for Advologix Support to diagnose and evaluate your AdvoLogix system, a System Administrator must enable our access to login.
After following the instructions below, access can be disabled/enabled as necessary. This is a security feature and does not require sharing your password.
Access My Settings
From the menu along the top right of the application...
- Choose Your Name
- Select My Settings
Grant Access to Advologix.com LLC Suport
- Choose an Access Duration
- Click Save
AdvoLogix will now have login access to your system for the designated period of time.
Grant Login Access to Advologix
From My Settings...
- Choose Personal
- Select Grant Login Access
