Grant Account Login Access to AdvoLogix Support

For Advologix Support to diagnose and evaluate your AdvoLogix system, a system administrator must grant account login access.  After following the instructions below, access can be disabled/enabled as necessary. This is a security feature offered by the Salesforce platform for partners and does not require sharing your password.

1. Access Your Personal Settings

Your personal settings are located either in My Settings or Personal Setup depending on your organization’s user interface settings.  For more information on the differences, follow this link.

1.1. My Settings

1. At the top of any Salesforce page, click on your image
2. Click on the Settings link

3. On the left side menu, select Grant Account Login Access

1.2. Personal Setup

1. At the top of any Salesforce page, click on the gear icon
2. In the drop-down menu, select Setup

3. On the left side menu, select Grant Account Login Access

2. Set Access Duration

4. Select the arrow for  the drop-down menu for AdvoLogix.com LLC Support

5. Highlight the duration you want to grant and select Save

We ask that users grant at least one week of access for most issues submitted to AdvoLogix Support.
