To help you monitor your HotDocs integration usage in Salesforce, Mitratech CaseCloud offers a wide range of Out-Of-the-Box, pre-configured reports, accessible in the report folders on the reports tab, as listed below. You can also create new custom reports to access precisely the information you need.  For more details on creating a custom report, see Create a Custom Report.

Report NameDescription
HotDocs Document Templates by ObjectsShows how many HotDocs Document Templates are linked to each Salesforce object.
HotDocs Document Templates by StatusDisplays the number of HotDocs Document Templates grouped by status such as Active or Inactive.
Interviews By StatusBreaks down interviews into categories such as Not Started, In Progress, and Completed to measure success rates.
Interviews Run Over TimeShows how many HotDocs Interviews were run over a period of time to track usage trends.
Out-of-Date HotDocs Document TemplatesIdentifies templates that are outdated versus up to date, helping track compliance and maintenance.
