To access the Legal Analytics for Law Firms, users must have access to CRM Analytics. If you are not able to access it, please contact your system administrator and ask for configuring this app.

The Legal Analytics for Law Firms application is built on CRM Analytics. It integrates and uses the power of the CRM Analytics platform to deliver insights that were not entirely possible with Salesforce's standard reporting. It offers comprehensive analytics for legal matter management, providing insights into resources, billing, financial forecasting, and matter performance for informed decision-making.

The Legal Analytics for Law Firms app includes a list of recipes and datasets that power up all the powerful metrics and lenses. In order to view the most current data, these recipes are to be run regularly to refresh the datasets with the latest data. These can be run on demand or scheduled to run automatically.
- Click the App Launcher to access the Analytics Studio.
- Within Analytics Studio, click the Data Manager from the sidebar or click the Data Manager from the gear icon in the top header.
- Select the Connections tab, from the sidebar.
- From the list of Objects enabled under the SFDC_Local Connection, repeat the Step 5 for each of the objects listed here:

- Select the Recipes tab from the sidebar.
- From the list of recipes listed here, repeat Step 5 for each of them:

- For the SFDC_Local Connection, click the row action menu and click the Schedule menu action.
- Choose your desired schedule to run the SFDC_Local connection objects to refresh data automatically on the preferred schedule.
- Click the App Launcher to access the Analytics Studio.
- Within Analytics Studio, click Data Manager from the sidebar OR Click the Data Manager from the gear icon in the top header.
- Select the Recipes tab from the sidebar.
- From the list of Recipes listed here, repeat Step 5 for each of them:

Note: The actual recipe names will be appended with your app name. For example, if your app is named Legal Analytics for Law Firms, then all of the above-mentioned recipes will have Legal Analytics appended to them, like Legal Analytics for Law Firms LA Matter Recipe.
How to Run the Legal Analytics for Law Firms App?
- Click the App Launcher to access the Analytics Studio.
- Within Analytics Studio, click Browse from the sidebar.
- Select the Apps from the navigation button bar on this screen.
- The list below will be filtered to show all Apps. Find and open the app that your system administrator created when Configuring Legal Analytics for Law Firms app.
