🚀Access Control Enhancements
We’ve enhanced Access Control and the Sharing component to allow admins to assign a Sharing Reason when adding permissions. This new feature makes it easier to track and identify how records are shared as part of an access control, improving transparency and compliance.
We introduced another Access Control enhancement: user-level access control within public groups, allowing for more precise and consistent enforcement of restrictions.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where Access Control permissions were not applied to the AllInternalUsers public group in Salesforce.
- Resolved an issue with Access Control sharing access, where users were unable to edit and save access levels for other users.
- Resolved an issue with sharing access by dynamically updating it based on the object’s sharing settings in Salesforce.
- Resolved an issue where users could not be removed from the "Sharing" tab in the Access Control & Sharing pop-up.
