STEP 2: Create AdvoLogix Platform User Profile

Creating an AdvoLogix User profile (prior to installing AdvoLogix) makes it simpler to customize a profile for AdvoLogix users by insuring AdvoLogix permissions can be assigned to the new profile during installation. Depending on your organizations deployment strategy, this profile will be assigned to AdvoLogix users.

Create a User Profile

  1. From Setup click Manage Users | Profiles.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Select an Existing Profile. This will provide a source profile to copy for the new profile. Under most circumstances this will be the Standard Platform User profile. 
  4. Provide a Profile Name that will uniquely identify your new AdvoLogix User Profile.
  5. Click Save.
