Creating Log File in AdvoLogix® for Office: Word
Often the development group can utilize Log Files to assist them when you are having an issue with the Advologix® for Office. Below are the directions on how to send the Log to development.
*Ensure you are completely logged in to Advologix® for Office before making these steps or you will recieve an error
Navigate to Setting
In the Advanced Settings section
Click Send Logs
Log Sent Confirmation Pop-up
Clicking OK autogenerates an email to Advologix Development
Close Setting pop-up
Also, if you have not already done so - open a case with support for the Outlook Issue.
