How can I log a call?

You can Log a Call from the Activity History related list on most any object.

Navigate to Activity History
  1. Select a record
  2. Hover over the Activity History link (or scroll to the Activity History Related list)
  3. Click the Log A Call button

  1. A Task record is opened
  2. Set the subject to Call
  3. Enter all the required and desired information for the call record in the upper Half
  4. Schedule follow up task, if desired, in the lower half
  5. Click Save
    • A Call record is now Saved in your Activity History
    • If you logged a follow-up task it will be added to your Open Activities.
