How can I log a call?
You can Log a Call from the Activity History related list on most any object.
Navigate to Activity History
- Select a record
- Hover over the Activity History link (or scroll to the Activity History Related list)
- Click the Log A Call button
- A Task record is opened
- Set the subject to Call
- Enter all the required and desired information for the call record in the upper Half
- Schedule follow up task, if desired, in the lower half
- Click Save
- A Call record is now Saved in your Activity History
- If you logged a follow-up task it will be added to your Open Activities.
