Action Plan Templates allows you to create reusable "Task Templates" which can later be applied on Account, Contact or Matter.
Action Plans are a set of multiple Tasks, created from an "Action Plan Template" when an Action Plan Template is applied on Account, Contact or Matter.
Navigate to Advologix Setup
Choose Action Plans subtab
Action Plan Templates
- Access, create, delete, or edit the available List views for the Action Plan sub-tab's Action Plan Template tab
- Add a new Action Plan Template
- Change the owner of a Action Plan Template
- Access, delete, or edit the available Action Plan Templates
